Position Overview

Organizational Development Manager (Corporate Role) will lead and continuously evolve company-wide Organizational Development and Learning (OD&L) practices. This role is responsible for researching emerging trends and best practices, identifying organizational needs, designing scalable AI solutions and frameworks, and enabling HR teams to effectively implement and sustain OD&L initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, benchmarking, organizational diagnostics, and needs analyses across organizational development, talent management, leadership development, and learning, and design solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness and support business needs.
• Design and execute company-wide OD&L frameworks, methodologies, processes, materials, and tools that support organizational effectiveness, talent development, and business objectives.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify organizational and talent needs and translate them into scalable development solutions and best practices.
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of key talent processes, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, and career growth initiatives.
• Leverage innovative and AI-driven solutions to enhance Organizational Development processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and increase the effectiveness and scalability of talent and learning initiatives.
• Develop and deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, toolkits, and guidance to build HR capabilities and enable the consistent implementation of OD&L practices across the organization.
• Manage OD&L projects and annual work plans, including planning, stakeholder management, vendor management, budget tracking, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze organizational and people data to measure the effectiveness of programs, identify trends, and provide recommendations that drive organizational and talent outcomes.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Learning & Development within a global organization, preferably in the high-tech industry.
• Experience designing company-wide Organizational Development frameworks, talent processes, and leadership development initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to design innovative, scalable, and data-driven solutions across Organizational Development, talent management, leadership development, learning, workforce planning, and employee experience.
• Experience developing and facilitating Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs, toolkits, and capability-building initiatives for HR and managers.
• Familiarity with modern learning and development methodologies, including blended learning, digital learning, experiential learning, and skills-based development approaches.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Education, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
