FPGA Design Engineer

We are hiring: FPGA Design Engineer

Join our Engineering & Systems Division within the Missile & Space Systems group and take part in developing advanced technologies used across land, air, sea, and space platforms.

🔹 About the Role

As an FPGA Design Engineer, you will join a small, high-quality multidisciplinary team working on cutting-edge systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Design and logical verification of programmable devices and FPGA modules

• Working with physical design tools (synthesis, place & route) and verification tools

• Generating programming files and supporting bring-up activities

• Lab validation, testing, and documentation of design and verification processes

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, writing technical specifications, and defining HW/SW interfaces

🔹 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics – Required

• 5+ years of hands-on FPGA development experience – Required

• Strong experience with IP cores and hard cores – Required

• Solid knowledge of physical design: timing, constraints, placement, IO – Required

• Experience in logical verification (SystemVerilog – advantage)

• Familiarity with communication protocols (RS232, I2C, SPI, etc.) – advantage

• Experience with embedded processors in FPGA (MicroBlaze, NIOS, RISC-V, ARM) – Required
