About the Role

We're looking for an analytical, detail-oriented professional to join our Risk Management data team, responsible for complex business-process analysis and the development, monitoring, and governance of predictive and decision models used in risk-related processes. You will be employed directly by the client company from your very first day/

What You'll Do

• Perform complex analyses of business processes, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations for improvement
• Own the monitoring and control of predictive and decision (risk) models, including building a dedicated reporting framework
• Develop and implement predictive and decision models, leveraging available data repositories and advanced research methods (20%)
• Design and execute test plans for decision-making logic, and manage issue resolution accordingly
• Maintain full model documentation (predictive and decision models) and manage change-control documentation

What We're Looking For

• Academic degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Industrial Engineering & Management, Economics, Information Systems, or similar)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries against databases in large organizations
• At least 1 year of experience developing in Python for Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, and ML — academic-project experience is also acceptable
• Experience analyzing complex business systems and processes, combined with thoroughness and attention to detail
• Experience with Visual Analytics tools such as Tableau – advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English

Preferred Background: Candidates from financial-sector organizations (banks, insurance companies, non-bank credit, or capital markets) with hands-on exposure to risk, credit, or other statistical/ML models — rather than a general tech/startup background.
