Customer Retention Sales Specialist

The position is 100% remote.

• Customer Retention – Manage existing customers, identify needs, handle objections and cancellation requests, and reduce churn.
• Upsell & Cross-sell – Identify opportunities to expand customer activity and offer additional solutions based on their needs.
• Targets & Account Management – Manage customer follow-ups and pipeline while meeting retention and customer satisfaction targets.
  

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in customer retention roles.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Good understanding of the digital landscape.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
