Company Description Our app provides instant access to essential information about any vehicle simply by scanning its license plate, helping users quickly retrieve technical details such as model, color code, tire type, and engine specifications. It aggregates data from publicly available databases and licensing office records to offer registration details, ownership history, and other relevant insights, enabling transparent and informed decisions. The app also includes updated car price lists to simplify market value estimation and support smarter purchasing and selling choices. Cloud-based saving allows users to store and access vehicle information across multiple devices for a seamless experience. While not affiliated with any official vehicle registration authority, the app focuses on delivering reliable, accessible vehicle data to a wide range of users.
Role Description The Data Analyst will work full time in a hybrid arrangement based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. In this role, the analyst will collect, clean, and validate large datasets related to vehicle information, pricing, and usage patterns. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing data analyses, building reports and dashboards, and generating insights that improve data accuracy, user experience, and product features. The analyst will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define metrics, support data-driven decisions, and optimize algorithms for license plate scanning and price estimation. The role also involves documenting methods, monitoring data quality, and contributing to continuous improvement of the app’s data pipelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities for examining complex datasets and generating actionable insights.
• Candidates should possess solid Statistics knowledge to design experiments, interpret data distributions, and validate findings.
• Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling to structure data for reporting, analysis, and scalable product features.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL and one or more data analysis tools (such as Python, R, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Experience working with cloud-based data environments and APIs, especially in consumer apps or mobility-related products, is a plus.
