Application Support Manager

COMBLACK is hiring a Application Support Manager!

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience managing IT or technology projects.
• Experience leading teams or departments in training, implementation, customer service, application support, or information systems.
• Proven experience leading enterprise system training and implementation initiatives, including developing training programs, documentation, and measuring effectiveness.
• Experience establishing, managing, or working with service or application support centers, including SLA management, operational processes, escalation procedures, and service KPIs.
• Experience working with IT departments, Digital units, or public/government technology organizations – an advantage.
