Recruitment Coordinator

We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to join SQLink Group in Ramat Gan.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
• Follow up on recruitment processes with the company's clients
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the Recruitment team
• Work with the Government Sector, reviewing tenders and matching customer requirements
• Work as part of a Recruitment team in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or Behavioral Sciences - mandatory
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Administration - mandatory
• Good computer skills - mandatory
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
