About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment processes across the group.

The role involves recruiting for a wide range of engineering, professional, and management positions while serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers and contributing directly to the growth of the teams driving Rimon Group’s activities in Israel and globally.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake meeting through offer stage.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Source and attract talent proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter and additional channels.
• Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates, and provide professional recommendations.
• Guide both hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Develop new sourcing channels and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or a related field -required.
• At least 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience- required.
• Proven sourcing experience and strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, infrastructure, construction, industrial, or project-based roles- a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities and ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of English and Hebrew proficiency.
