Data System Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and analysis with business stakeholders and technical units, translating business needs into actionable, measurable data solutions.
• Write comprehensive functional and technical specification documents, including Source-to-Target (S2T) mappings, data flows, and data definitions.
• Design and specify E2E Data Integration processes (ETL/ELT), analytical models, and BI solutions.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and query complex, multi-source data environments.
• Guide development, testing, and implementation teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Partner in leading cloud modernization initiatives and implementing advanced data/AI methodologies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data System Analyst, BI/DWH Analyst, or Data Analyst in complex environments.
• Advanced SQL skills for complex data querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience in ETL/ELT processes specification and Source-to-Target (S2T) mapping.
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, and understanding complex business processes.
• Strong system-thinking capabilities, task-management skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
