Position Overview

Veridis is seeking a motivated and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to end users, maintain IT infrastructure, assist with server and network administration, and support cybersecurity solutions across the organization.

This role combines remote and hands-on support, ensuring reliable and secure IT services for employees throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support via phone, remote access, and on-site assistance when required.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
• Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Support and maintain Windows servers and core IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including switches, wireless networks, VPNs, and internet services.
• Support and maintain Fortinet security solutions, including FortiGate firewalls and secure remote access.
• Manage and support SentinelOne endpoint security solutions.
• Perform hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Document technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting activities.
• Participate in IT projects, system deployments, and technology improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and endpoint management.
• Experience with Fortinet products and network troubleshooting.
• Experience managing or supporting SentinelOne endpoint security solutions.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good Hebrew and English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CCNA certification.
• Fortinet NSE certification.
• Experience working in a medium to large enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection solutions.
