Job Responsibilities:

● Conduct high-volume, in-depth phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate skills, potential, and cultural fit.

● Create a welcoming, transparent, and candidate-centric experience throughout every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

● Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and talent acquisition colleagues to align on role requirements and optimize pipeline speed.

● Proactively source, engage, and build talent pipelines of passive top-tier candidates using creative sourcing strategies.

Job Requirements:

● Strong background and passion for behavioral interviewing and talent evaluation within high-volume environments.

● High level of empathy with a deep commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

● Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.

● Strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving abilities with a result-oriented mindset.
