Role Description:

The Dining Facility Manager at Z21 Projects is a full-time, on-site position based in Kiryat Gat. This role oversees daily dining facility operations, including supervising staff, coordinating meal preparation and service, and ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The manager is responsible for planning menus in coordination with nutrition and budget guidelines, monitoring inventory levels, and managing ordering and supplier relationships to maintain uninterrupted service. Day-to-day tasks include conducting regular quality checks on food, hygiene, and customer service. The Dining Facility Manager also tracks operational performance, addresses issues promptly, and collaborates with project and logistics teams to align facility operations with broader site requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience managing dining or food service operations, including staff supervision and daily workflow coordination.
• Similar military background in food services or logistics is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance in dining facilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate effectively under demanding timelines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with basic office and facility management software for scheduling, reporting, and documentation (Monday.com - Advantage).
• Prior experience in logistics-intensive or sensitive operational environments is an advantage. If you served in the army as a logistic officer, you might be the perfect.
• Relevant education or training in hospitality management, culinary arts, operations management, or a related field is beneficial.
