About the role:

As a Career Development Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission: empowering students and alumni as they navigate their next big career moves. In this role, you will take full ownership of our participants' career journeys - from delivering impactful workshops and sourcing high-value job opportunities to assisting building strategic hiring partnerships across the industry. Working closely with our Program Managers and Operations teams, you will directly bridge the gap between learning and employment.

Main Responsibilities and Activities:

• Drive & Exceed Placement Goals: Take ownership of placement targets, actively striving to ensure high placement rates and meeting company KPIs. 
• Own & Optimize Placement: Oversee and refine the end-to-end recruitment and placement processes for our graduates and alumni
• Proactive Sourcing: Continuously expand recruitment pipelines through job fairs, networking, digital channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and innovative sourcing strategies
• Empowering Workshops: Facilitate engaging career workshops designed to shift mindsets, elevate job-search strategies, and prepare candidates for today's market
• Candidate Guidance: Provide hands-on mentorship, track placement metrics, and support alumni throughout their interview processes to ensure an exceptional experience
• Program Go-To Person: Serve as the primary career POC for participants during and after their time in our academies and programs
• AI & Content Innovation: Design, update, and innovate career development content - integrating cutting-edge AI tools and modern techniques into our participants' job-search toolkit

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment in the Tech industry (experience in employment agencies is a strong advantage)
• Proven track record of conducting HR interviews, assessing candidates, and running reference checks
• Hands-on experience in sourcing talent via social media platforms and professional networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, job boards, etc.)
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and metrics.
• A natural people person who genuinely loves connecting with, guiding, and empowering others
• Highly self-motivated, independent, proactive, and eager to take full ownership of projects
• A "Can-Do" Mindset: Flexible, fast learner who thrives on continuous improvement and process optimization
• Data-Driven & Organized: Strong prioritization skills with the ability to execute under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (both written and spoken) with exceptional communication skills
