Resources Manager

To Deloitte - the world's leading and largest firm for consulting and accounting services, a Resource Manager is required for the Audit division.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing, planning, and optimizing the allocation of human resources for the division's tasks and objectives.
• Assigning employees according to the business needs of clients, while thinking deeply about the business strategy of the division in particular and the firm as a whole.
• Gaining a deep business understanding of the division.
• Creating and developing relationships with managers to understand the needs of the departments.
• Coordinating and executing resource planning on a daily and weekly basis.
• Using a resource management system to support the actual planning and execution of programs.

Requirements:

• A relevant bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering and Management/Economics and Business Administration/Accounting) - Mandatory
• High level of English - Mandatory
• Previous experience in leading cross-organizational projects - Mandatory
• Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with large teams
