AI and Data Analyst

A leading academic institution in Israel is seeking a Data & AI Lead for its Human Resources division.

The role focuses on driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence by developing and implementing BI, automation, and AI solutions across HR processes.

Located in Northern Israel.

Role Description-

• Leading the Data & AI roadmap within the HR division: designing, characterizing, and deploying data systems, BI dashboards, and AI-driven workflows.
• Developing and implementing Low-Code/No-Code AI solutions, automation pipelines, and Vibe Coding concepts for internal HR processes.
• Building and optimizing AI models and prompts for document processing, text classification, data extraction, request analysis, and predictive insights.
• Owning the end-to-end characterization (PRD) and project management of cross-system data initiatives, including API integrations, permissions, data quality, and security controls.
• Creating analytical reports and executive dashboards using enterprise BI tools to support organizational HR strategies.

Requirements-

• Academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science, or a related technological field – Mandatory
• 1+ years of experience in system characterization, project management, and cross-organizational implementation – Mandatory
• Proven experience writing detailed characterization documents (PRD / Functional Specs) – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience with enterprise BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP SAC, SAP BW, SAP BDC) – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience or proven capability in Low-Code/No-Code AI platforms and Prompt Engineering – Mandatory
• Familiarity or experience with AI model application (text classification, document extraction, GenAI tools) – Mandatory
• Background or experience with HR domain processes – Significant Advantage
• Basic understanding of system interfaces, API integrations, data security, and governance
