Technical Support & Field Implementation Coordinator

Tondo Smart is a growing Israeli technology company developing smart infrastructure solutions in the fields of energy, security, and civil protection. Our products combine IoT, hardware, communications, software, and cloud platforms and are deployed in Israel and internationally.

We are looking for a hands-on, service-oriented technical support & field implementation coordinator to support customers, contractors, and installation teams working with Tondo products in the field.

This is a full-time position based at our offices in Or Yehuda, Israel.

Working hours: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–17:00.

This is a technical and operational role that connects field activity with our R&D, hardware, operations, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to customers, contractors, and installation teams

• Support installation, activation, testing, and implementation processes

• Diagnose issues related to products, electricity, communications, and installation

• Perform remote technical checks and provide practical solutions

• Coordinate technical issues with the relevant internal teams

• Follow issues through to resolution

• Identify recurring problems and contribute to product and process improvements

• Support the creation of technical instructions and training materials

Requirements

• Strong technical orientation and ability to understand technological systems – required

• Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical concepts – required

• Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills

• Ability to explain technical topics clearly and patiently

• Service-oriented approach and strong interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond effectively to field needs

• Good Excel skills

Advantages

• Experience in technical support, field service, installations, or working with contractors

• Experience with electricity, infrastructure, communications, control systems, or IoT

• Practical Engineer or Electrical Engineer qualification – significant advantage

• Good English skills
