We’re Hiring | Validation Unit Manager
Phibro Israel is looking for a Validation Unit Manager to join our Beit Shemesh site.
In this role, you will manage the plant Validation Unit, lead validation policy, and support validation activities for equipment, systems, utilities, and infrastructure.
The role includes preparing and executing IQ/OQ/PQ/FAT protocols, managing validation work plans, supporting GMP compliance, and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements include:
- Engineering degree or practical engineering diploma
- Experience in equipment and systems validation
- Ability to write SOPs/procedures
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
The formal requirements include an engineering degree or practical engineering diploma, experience in qualification and validation of equipment and systems, and ability to write procedures.
