Product Execution Manager

Mobileye is seeking a brilliant Product Execution Manager to lead the execution of advanced algorithmic products - Computer Vision, LiDAR, Radar, and Camera - for global automotive partners and Mobileye’s internal AV development.

• This role may offer the flexibility to work 1-2 days per week from our other sites, subject to seat availability.
  
  

• Responsibility for managing the executing Autonomous vehicle sensing projects, ensuring the company meets its commitments to our clients.
• Lead complex development projects from the requirements phase through to implementation.
• Closely track development progress and obtain approvals for technical requirements from R&D teams.
• Work horizontally across internal teams (R&D, AV, REM) to unify and create a coherent product.
• Create optimal connections between different interfaces that don't naturally communicate, to ensure projects move forward smoothly and efficiently.
• Joint work with lead car manufacturers, including joined workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
• Managing debugging and validation of performance and functionality across the features within the autonomous vehicle sensing stack.
  
  

• Strong executor with vast leadership background and hard work ethic.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• At least 3 years of experience in closely managing and leading development teams in complex R&D projects/products.
• Proven experience in customer-facing positions.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
