Our Team, Your Impact

Own the enablement, governance, adoption, and scale-up of Microsoft Copilot across the enterprise, including agents, skills, connectors, plugins, and advanced extensibility capabilities. Ensure that high-value capabilities are introduced, governed, monitored, and optimized to deliver business value while meeting security, compliance, and cost management requirements.

Acting as a key liaison between the Digital COE, delivery teams, and enterprise stakeholders, the role also defines COE internal processes and tracks platform KPIs, communicates adoption and value realization outcomes, and provides executive recommendations on roadmap priorities, opportunities, and risks.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

Capability Prioritization & Enablement

Track Microsoft Copilot roadmap developments, assess new capabilities, and provide recommendations regarding enterprise adoption readiness and business value.
Curate, prioritize, and manage the rollout roadmap for Copilot capabilities, including Microsoft-delivered features, agents, connectors, and extensibility components based on business value and roadmap fit.
Maintain a prioritized backlog and release pipeline of capabilities, balancing demand from the business against enterprise readiness.
Partner with enablement teams to develop communication, documentation, and adoption assets that drive governed and effective use of Copilot capabilities.
Lead end-to-end approval processes with Security, Legal, Privacy, and Architecture, ensuring every capability meets enterprise compliance and risk standards before release.
Own the intake-to-approval workflow - capability assessment, risk review, sign-off, and exception handling.
Maintain the audit trail and documentation that demonstrates compliance for internal and external review.

Platform Governance & Controls

Define and enforce guardrails for connectors, plugins, data access, and agent lifecycle management - design, release, monitoring, and retirement.
Define and enforce governance policies, guardrails, and lifecycle controls for agents, connectors, plugins, and their lifecycle management.
Manage the full agent lifecycle, including retirement and decommissioning of capabilities that are obsolete, redundant, or non-compliant.
Establish KPIs, usage analytics, health monitoring, and reporting frameworks to measure adoption, business value, platform utilization, and operational effectiveness.
Own FinOps practices for Copilot services, including consumption monitoring, budget management, cost forecasting, and spend optimization.
Use monitoring insights to continuously tune the capability portfolio, retire low-value items, and inform prioritization.

Extensibility & Integration

Govern the integration of enterprise and third-party systems through approved APIs, connectors, plugins, and agent frameworks, ensuring compliance with security and architectural standards.
Set the patterns and approval criteria for safely extending Copilot with enterprise and external data sources.
Partner with security and architecture teams to ensure integrations are secure, supportable, and aligned to standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Define and continuously improve Digital COE demand management processes, including intake, assessment, prioritization, approval, and roadmap planning.
Work with team members to define, track, and report team’s KPIs.
Serve as a focal point between the Digital COE and delivery factory liaisons, to ensure alignment on their demand, challenges, and key use cases.
Prepare executive updates, adoption reports, roadmap recommendations, and risk assessments for leadership stakeholders.

Your Skills and Experience

3+ years experience:

Experience designing, delivering, or governing enterprise-scale AI and agentic solutions, including integrations, extensibility, security considerations, and enterprise architecture alignment.
Strong, current familiarity and hands-on experience with M365 Copilot capabilities - e.g., out-of-the-box (OOTB) agents, agent builder, Copilot Cowork, Project Scout, and related extensibility features.Proven track record in governance and cross-functional processes, with demonstrated security/compliance alignment in an enterprise environment.
Cross-functional leadership experience working across IT and corporate Security, Legal, Privacy, and Enterprise Architecture.
Demonstrated ability to balance innovation velocity with risk management and operational rigor.
Experience defining product, usage, FinOps KPIs, adoption metrics, and governance controls for digital platforms.

Also Good to Have

Experience with AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks
Familiarity with Microsoft agentic platforms
Experience enabling citizen developers or fusion teams
Familiarity with enterprise change management and AI adoption programs.
