Organizational Development Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide organizational consulting and organizational development expertise across the organization.
• Deliver system-wide internal consulting to business units and leadership teams.
• Support strategic initiatives led by senior leadership and drive their implementation throughout the organization.
• Design, develop, and implement organizational development frameworks and methodologies from a holistic, system-wide perspective.
• Advise and support managers through organizational assessments, organizational design, and change management initiatives, enabling teams to achieve their goals effectively.
• Coach and guide managers throughout role transitions, including one-on-one executive coaching, leadership team development, and action planning.
• Provide professional guidance in organizational consulting, leadership development, and management effectiveness.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Consulting, Labor Studies, Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organizational Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Sociology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in organizational consulting, organizational development, executive coaching, group facilitation, strategic planning, or organizational change management.
• Experience providing professional supervision, mentoring, or facilitating professional learning groups – an advantage.
