Impact Media, an AI-driven marketing agency, is looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join our growing team.

What you'll do:

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and additional platforms.

• Build media strategies and analyze campaign performance.

• Work directly with clients and present results and insights.

• Conduct research, A/B testing, and leverage AI tools to improve campaign performance.

What we're looking for:

✔️ 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.

✔️ Experience working with clients in a digital marketing agency or advertising agency – a significant advantage.

✔️ Experience should be in client campaign management (Affiliate Marketing experience alone is not relevant for this role).

✔️ Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and measurement tools.

✔️ Analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

✔️ Fluent Hebrew is required.

✔️ English proficiency is an advantage.
