About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven User Acquisition Manager to join our Elite team in Tel Aviv. This role involves managing online marketing activities for our clients, crafting and executing data-driven strategies, and ensuring that client goals and KPIs are consistently exceeded.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced User Acquisition Manager with a strong hands-on approach to step into a senior role and make a significant impact.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies tailored to e-commerce clients.
- Manage hands-on campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Advertising, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, DV360, and more. Experience with Google Ads and Meta is a must!
- Conduct ongoing performance analysis, budget management, bid strategy optimization, A/B testing, and real-time optimization to improve ROI and achieve client KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective communication.
- Monitor industry trends and apply insights to refine and enhance PPC strategies for e-commerce growth.
- Analyze campaign performance and e-commerce funnels to identify opportunities to optimize conversion rate (CR).
- Create and present detailed performance reports that include actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and strategic alignment.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hands-on PPC campaign management for e-commerce brands or agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related analytical field - MUST.
- Proven expertise in managing high-budget, ROI-driven PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and scaling ad performance.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
- A strategic thinker capable of handling multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, or similar analytics platforms.
- Passion for paid media, e-commerce growth strategies, and ad-tech innovations.
