Dyson Israel is looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online business and digital marketing activities. If you're passionate about e-commerce, data-driven marketing, and creating exceptional online customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the Dyson Israel e-commerce website, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and commercial performance.
• Develop and execute SEO and PPC strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid media and social platforms.
• Manage and maintain Dyson's digital assets and online brand presence.
• Collaborate with leading online retailers and marketplace partners to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market, competitor, and product research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Build and manage the marketing content calendar in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including identifying and onboarding creators, managing brand ambassadors, and measuring campaign performance.
• Support all aspects of the e-commerce operation, including planning and executing key commercial events, promotional campaigns, and peak sales periods.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing e-commerce and digital marketing activities.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data analysis.
• Experience working with Magento 2 is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with online marketplaces and the e-commerce ecosystem.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• A proactive, business-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
