Senior monetization manager

Our platform delivers premium short-form series with studio-quality playback and a mobile-first experience that keeps audiences coming back for more. Now we're looking for a Senior Monetization Manager to turn our audience love into sustainable growth.

Role Description

• Own monetization strategy end-to-end: IAP, paywalls, pricing, and ad revenue.
• Build and refine paywalls and pricing models that convert without hurting the user experience.
• Optimize ad monetization: rewarded ads, interstitials, banners, mediation waterfalls, and bidding to grow ARPDAU and LTV.
• Continuously test and improve ad placement, frequency, and format mix to balance revenue with retention.
• Work closely with data, design, and product teams to balance revenue with user experience.
• Define KPIs, track performance daily, and iterate quickly based on results.
• Manage relationships with ad networks and mediation platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in mobile monetization both IAP and ads.
• Proven ability to build or scale monetization systems.
• Hands-on experience with mediation platforms, waterfall optimization, bidding, fill rate, and eCPM.
• Strong understanding of key metrics: ARPDAU, eCPM, fill rate, ad frequency, retention impact, LTV.
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable making decisions based on numbers, not guesses.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable decisions.
• Technical understanding, and comfort working closely with engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of creative content, user motivations, and engagement drivers.Bonus: experience in gaming or gamified products.
