ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Customer Success Lead to establish and lead Korro's Customer Success function in Israel.
This is a builder role for someone who enjoys creating new structures and processes from the ground up while remaining deeply involved in daily customer operations.
You will own the entire customer success journey—from onboarding and implementation through adoption, customer engagement, incident management and continuous improvement. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical and Business teams to ensure every customer achieves measurable success with Korro.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and lead Korro's Customer Success function, including its operating model, processes, tools, platforms and service standards.
- Select, implement and optimize Customer Success, Help Desk, CRM, ticketing, monitoring and knowledge management platforms.
- Design and continuously improve customer success, support, escalation and incident management processes and workflows.
- Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding and implementation through adoption, support and renewal.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and ensure successful deployments and long-term customer success.
- Monitor customer health, engagement and satisfaction using KPIs, SLAs and operational dashboards, proactively managing risks.
- Provide hands-on customer support, troubleshooting and incident management when needed.
- Build playbooks, documentation, knowledge bases and training programs to enable scalable growth.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Business teams to resolve issues, improve the product and represent the Voice of the Customer.
- Recruit, coach and develop the Customer Success team as the organization grows
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Operations or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven experience building or scaling Customer Success processes, operating models and customer programs.
- Experience implementing or working with Customer Success, CRM or Help Desk platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce or similar).
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is an advantage.
- Fluent Hebrew and English.
