Mertens - MalamTeam is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join a leading organization in the Gush Dan area. This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on technical support, work with modern Microsoft technologies, and contribute to a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to networks, applications, operating systems, and end-user support

Provide remote technical assistance using Remote Desktop tools when required

Support end users through the service desk system, phone, and email while delivering timely and effective solutions

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintain and support IT equipment and related infrastructure

Collaborate with senior IT professionals to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Document solutions and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support processes

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT Support

Experience working with Windows 11, macOS, and Linux operating systems

Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers

Experience managing users and identities in Azure, Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Exchange Online

Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and related services

Excellent written and spoken English
