Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior & Experienced Priority Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing large and complex projects from start to finish, ensuring that client needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the process. The role requires a highly professional, client-oriented individual with strong project management capabilities, deep knowledge of Priority software modules, and the ability to independently drive successful implementations while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Write detailed specifications documents based on client needs.
• Implement solutions based on those specifications, managing the project lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage large and complex projects independently, from initiation to completion.
• Be a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
• Oversee time management, resource allocation, and task prioritization, ensuring the smooth progress of all projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships, coordinating expectations, managing timelines, and driving successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Priority software is a must.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management and implementation.
• Strong self-management skills: time management, resource management, and the ability to flag issues when work is too heavy or too light.
• Experience working with clients, managing relationships, and setting clear expectations.
