Project Manager | Digital & Enterprise Systems

A leading organization in Central Israel is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional Digital, ERP, and enterprise technology projects in a large-scale organizational environment.

We are looking for a project manager with 4–10 years of experience, a strong understanding of business and technology processes, and the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Hands-on experience with Monday.com for project planning, tracking, and reporting is required.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end projects, collaborate with business and technology teams, and drive initiatives from requirements gathering through successful delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead Digital, ERP, and enterprise technology projects from initiation through implementation and delivery.
• Build and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Use Monday.com to plan projects, track progress, manage tasks, and prepare status reports.
• Translate business requirements into project scope, work plans, and actionable deliverables.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, development teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Lead cross-functional projects and matrix teams across multiple organizational units.
• Manage system integrations and dependencies between enterprise applications.
• Monitor project execution, identify blockers, and drive issues through resolution.
• Communicate project status, progress, and risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.

Requirements

• 4–10 years of experience managing technology or enterprise projects.
• Experience managing Digital and/or ERP or enterprise systems projects.
• Hands-on experience using Monday.com for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience working in a large enterprise organization.
• Proven end-to-end project management experience.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and business processes.
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects independently.

Advantages

• Experience with SAP, CRM, core enterprise systems, or system integration projects.
• Experience managing AI-related initiatives.

Education

Relevant academic degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another relevant technology field.
