We're a well-funded AI startup building tools that help large contact centers run better: stronger compliance, sharper quality assurance, and real visibility into how agents perform. The product is already live with enterprise customers, and the team is still small enough that what you build here shapes the company.
This isn't a traditional Customer Success role. Yes, you'll own the post-sale relationship with enterprise clients and make sure they get measurable value. But you'll also build the AI agents and workflows that let you scale that impact across dozens of accounts at once
What you'll
- Own the full post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renew
- Build real relationships with stakeholders from ops managers up to C-level, especially in contact center and compliance team
- Turn customer goals into success plans, and track KPIs tied to ROI, compliance coverage, and agent performance
- Lead QBRs and executive reviews with data-driven stories, presenting to VPs and CE
- Design and own the AI-powered CS stack: agents and workflows that automate health monitoring, meeting prep, account summaries, churn signals, and customer com
- Build internal tooling with Claude, Cowork, and our own platform so CS scales 10x without 10x headcount
- Spot expansion opportunities and drive upsell and cross-sell with Sales
What you'll Do
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS
- A track record managing complex accounts with six or seven-figure
- Strong commercial instinct: comfortable with renewals, expansion talks, and ROI model
- Real executive presence: you can hold a room with a CEO and dig into the details with an ops analyst on the same day
- Fluent Hebrew and English
- Hands-on experience building AI automation workflows in production, not just using a chatbot but actually wiring things up
- Comfort with Claude (API or app) and Claude Cowork to design prompts, agents, and multi-step workflows
Nice to have
- Background in contact center, QA, compliance, or conversationa
- Data tools like SQL, BigQuery, or power-user spreadsheetsEarly-stage startup experience where you owned CS end to end
- Claude Code experience: small internal tools, scripts, or integration
