Customer Success Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success with strong expertise in project management. This role is client-facing and involves close collaboration with international customers as well as our internal development team.

What you’ll do:

• Work directly with international clients to collect requirements and understand their business needs
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable development specifications and tasks
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively
• Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree - Business Administration or an equivalent background
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, VBA) - a must
• At least 2 years of experience working with international clients, including presenting dashboards, gathering development requirements, and providing technical support
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday)
• Experience with Power BI – a significant advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple interfaces and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, while maintaining strong communication

Role details:

• Working hours: 10:00–19:00
• 100% remote position (occasional visits to the office as required)
