Job Description

Sweet Security is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to join our Finance team and play a key role in managing and improving the company's day-to-day financial operations.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll own and support core Finance Operations processes, including billing, revenue operations, and payroll support.

You'll also identify opportunities to improve financial processes, increase automation, and help scale our financial infrastructure as the company continues to grow. We're looking for someone with strong Finance Operations experience, a hands-on mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for building efficient processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Finance Systems, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or technology company.
• Strong understanding of CPQ, CRM, ERP, billing, and analytics platforms, with advanced Excel and data analysis skills (NetSuite is a plus)
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Solid knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, revenue recognition, billing, collections, financial reporting, and financial controls.
• Experience working closely with Finance teams and external accounting providers.
• Experience in preparing financial data and supporting payroll processes.
• Experience documenting financial processes and supporting User Acceptance Testing.
• Familiarity with SOX processes or finance systems implementations is a plus.
• Experience with M&A integrations or finance systems migrations is an advantage.
• Experience with the Mesh platform.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Own and improve day-to-day Finance Operations processes across the company.
• Work closely with the CFO and the external accounting firm to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial processes.
• Prepare payroll-related materials and ensure accurate and timely delivery to external payroll providers.
• Support billing, collections, revenue operations, and financial reporting processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain and improve financial systems, data quality, and operational workflows.
• Support audit readiness and financial compliance, including SOX and ASC 606 requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Assist with finance-related projects, including new pricing models, M&A integrations, and process improvements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure financial operations run smoothly and accurately.
• Partner with Finance and GTM teams to ensure accurate recurring revenue reporting and KPI tracking
• Support cash management, banking operations and payment processes
