Client Success & Operations Manager | Legal / Accounting Background

Melius is an international company specializing in entity formation and offshore bank account opening for companies and entrepreneurs, providing end-to-end support across banking, legal, and regulatory processes

We're looking for an Client Success & Operations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our international clients, managing their journey from company formation and banking setup through ongoing operational support and business growth.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will own client portfolios end-to-end, lead operational, banking, and regulatory processes, and work closely with banks, lawyers, vendors, and other professional partners in Israel and abroad. You will be a central point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth execution, high service standards, and proactive problem-solving throughout the entire journey.

What We're Looking For

Background in Law, Accounting, Corporate Services, or a related field (required).

Experience in operations, client management, account management, or customer success.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.

Fluent English, both written and spoken.
