A leading Performance Marketing company is looking for an experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager to join its growing team.

We're looking for someone with:

• ✅ Proven Performance Marketing expertise
• Hands-on management of large-scale eCommerce campaigns.
• Strong understanding of scaling, optimization, attribution and profitability.
• Experience working exclusively with the U.S. market.
• ✅ Experience managing very large advertising budgets
• Hundreds of thousands of dollars per month.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining strong KPIs.
• ✅ Daily use of AI

Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve campaign performance, optimize workflows, generate creative ideas, analyze data, automate processes and increase productivity.

• ✅ Experience working with American clients
• Managing performance campaigns for U.S.-based clients with significant advertising budg

ets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• Responsibilities
• Lead and optimize large-scale User Acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve CPA, ROAS and LTV.
• Build and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Product and Analytics teams.
• Identify growth opportunities and scale successful campaigns.

• Requirements
• 3+ years of User Acquisition / Performance Marketing experience.
• Proven success managing large-scale international campaigns.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads.

Experience with Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar attribution platforms. Excellent analytical skills. High-level English (written & spoken).
