A performance marketing company on steroids is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage large-scale performance campaigns of global companies in Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat.
Handle all aspects of campaign management and marketing strategy implementation.
Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness, including CTR, conversion rates, and user acquisition costs.
Monitor market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to implement innovative and effective acquisition strategies.
Monitor budget optimization of campaigns and acquisition tactics in order to maximize revenue and ROAS.
Collaborate with the creative studio to create compelling and targeted creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive user conversions.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years experience as a User Acquisition Manager.
Experience managing online marketing campaigns in the gaming or health industry is a significant advantage.
Experience managing high scale campaigns for global companies.
In-depth knowledge of the various user acquisition channels.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High level English is required.
