CRM Systems Analyst

Comblack is hiring a CRM Systems Analyst for a leading financial organization in central Israel.

This is an opportunity to join a strong technology team and take ownership of analysis, design, and implementation processes for a core CRM system that directly impacts the organization’s key business operations.

Role Overview:

A hands-on systems analysis role focused on defining business and technical requirements, designing CRM solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementation of a central enterprise CRM platform, including integrations with core infrastructure systems.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis or Siebel development experience
• Experience writing business and technical specifications
• Experience designing and analyzing system interfaces and integrations
• Strong advantage: hands-on experience with Siebel CRM
