Systems Training & Implementation Team Lead

Comblack is hiring a Systems Training & Implementation Team Lead!

We are looking for an experienced Training and Systems Implementation Team Lead to manage, lead, and take full ownership of the organization’s training operations for advanced systems that were recently implemented, with a special focus on AI-based tools and technologies.

The role includes direct management of trainers and implementation specialists, building training programs, leading organizational change and innovation processes, and working closely with managerial and professional stakeholders over the long term.

What are we looking for?

• At least 2 years of proven and relevant experience in training, instructional development, and implementation of information systems in large organizations.
• Hands-on experience leading and directly managing teams.
• Practical knowledge, understanding, or professional certification in AI systems and tools — a significant advantage.
• Long-term commitment and willingness to grow in the role for at least two years.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, independent leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
