Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for a strong HRBP (People, Talent & Operations Lead) to join a R&D center, part of a global US-based corporation. This is a strategic and hands-on role, combining HR leadership, employee experience, and site operations in a small, high-impact environment.

As the HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior local leadership, driving people strategy, supporting business goals, and ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to senior leadership, providing professional guidance on organizational, people, and business matters

* Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance, development, and retention

* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with managers and executives, influencing decision-making

* Drive employee experience, engagement initiatives, and local culture

* Ensure alignment with global HR policies, processes, and standards

* Oversee site operations, vendors, and administrative processes

* Partner with global HR teams across regions

* Support recruitment activities as needed

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an HRBP or People Partner mandatory

*4 days in the TLV office + 1 day from home

* Demonstrated ability to work professionally with senior leadership and stakeholders

* Strong business orientation and strategic thinking (hands-on)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Fluent English (written and spoken) mandatory. An English interview will be part of the process

* Experience in global or tech environments advantage
