Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Infinity Labs R&D is a leading research and development company operating Israel’s most successful career-change program for software engineering. We train hundreds of top STEM graduates each year, preparing them for impactful roles in Israel’s high-tech industry.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is eager to grow in the tech recruitment space and play a key role in shaping the future of our candidates.

What you’ll do

• Screen and evaluate resumes from multiple sourcing channels.
• Conduct phone interviews and invite suitable candidates to our assessment days.
• Lead assessment centers: conduct in-person interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and finalize agreements.
• Run sourcing activities on social media platforms and manage partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Take part in diverse recruitment projects and support HR-related aspects of new training groups.
• Work in a high-performance environment with clear quantitative and qualitative recruitment targets.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Strong communication skills, with proven orientation to sales or business development - a strong advantage.
• Full-time availability and motivation to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Based in Ramat Gan (Bursa district, next to Savidor Center train station).
