🎯 Role Overview

As the Monetization & Bonus Economy Manager, you will design, optimise, and govern the full bonus ecosystem across the player lifecycle. You’ll combine mathematical understanding, behavioural insight, and commercial strategy to build a bonus framework that is competitive, sustainable, and aligned with long‑term revenue goals.

This is a role for someone who wants to own the strategy, shape the economics, and continuously refine performance through experimentation and data.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Bonus Architecture

• Design and own the framework for all bonus types (FTD, retention, verification, free games).
• Define wagering requirements, max‑bet rules, game restrictions, payout caps, and risk controls.
• Balance commercial protection with a fair, engaging, and competitive player experience.

Bonus Economics

• Translate house edge, variance, RTP, and player behaviour into commercially sound bonus parameters.
• Understand break‑even thresholds, contribution mechanics, and risk exposure across game formats.
• Ensure bonus design aligns with margin targets and regulatory expectations.

Performance Measurement

• Build and maintain the analytical framework for bonus ROI.
• Track wagering completion rates, real‑money conversion, balance at completion, and behavioural shifts.
• Evaluate the impact of parameter changes and identify optimisation opportunities.

Revenue Optimisation

• Continuously test, refine, and evolve the bonus portfolio to improve margin efficiency.
• Identify overspend, leakage, and underperforming segments across acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
• Recommend and implement changes that unlock stronger commercial outcomes.
