Recruitment & Employee Experience Manager in a Fashion Company

About the role:

• Leading all recruitment processes – headquarters and field, end-to-end, with full ownership
• Building and managing smart candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, social networks, and paid campaigns
• Real partnership with managers – not just sending CVs, but advising, challenging, and refining profiles
• Connecting between data and people – recruitment metrics, reports, and ongoing tracking that will help us work smarter
• Leading the employee experience domain – company events, welfare initiatives, team-building activities, and holiday gifts

Requirements:

• Proven independent recruitment experience and the ability to tell about successful hires
• Experience in locating candidates that others do not find
• Real connection to people alongside business thinking and ability to work with data
• Ability to work independently, be organized, and manage multiple processes in parallel without losing details
• Experience in retail / commerce – a significant advantage
• Experience in leading employee experience / event production – a significant advantage
