Data Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights. This position involves analyzing large-scale structured and unstructured data, optimizing user journeys, supporting product decisions, and driving data-informed business improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior across web and mobile applications, including user journeys, funnels, conversion rates, drop-off points, and engagement patterns.
• Utilize Glassbox to investigate user experience, identify anomalies, detect issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Design and execute complex SQL queries on enterprise Data Warehouse (DWH) environments.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to generate meaningful business insights.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytical presentations using Business Objects (BO) and Tableau.
• Analyze logs from various systems, including Azure and application platforms, to investigate user behavior and troubleshoot issues.
• Partner closely with Product teams to define success metrics, evaluate feature performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Proactively identify business opportunities, risks, trends, and optimization areas through data analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Marketing, BI, and other stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage end-to-end data requests, from requirement gathering and data extraction to analysis, recommendations, and business conclusions.
• Contribute to data pipeline planning and support efficient data flow between source systems and analytical platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a complex business or technology environment - Must
• Strong experience analyzing user behavior, including customer journeys, funnels, conversion optimization, and retention metrics - Must
• Hands-on experience working with Glassbox for user behavior analytics and digital experience monitoring - Must
• Advanced SQL skills with proven experience writing complex queries against large-scale DWH environments - Must
• Experience building reports and dashboards using Business Objects (BO) and Tableau - Must
• Experience analyzing logs from Azure environments and enterprise application systems - Must
• Strong understanding of product analytics and experience supporting Product teams throughout the feature lifecycle - Must
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations - Must
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Product, Development, Marketing, and BI teams - Must

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data pipeline design and data integration processes.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data environments and modern analytics ecosystems.
• Experience working in digital products, e-commerce, fintech, telecommunications, or large-scale enterprise environments.
