Comblack is hiring a Help Desk Technicianֱ

This is a technical support role in an organizational-industrial environment, providing service to users, handling IT issues, and working with endpoint equipment at a leading production site.

In this role, you will provide day-to-day technical support to users, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and endpoint issues, support workstations and peripheral equipment, and work closely with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth ongoing operations.

What we’re looking for:

• Around 2 years of experience in Help Desk / Technical Support roles — must
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and endpoint issues — advantage
• PC Technician certification — advantage
• CCNA / Network Administrator certification — significant advantage
• Valid driver’s license — must
