The Role:
What if your skills mattered more than your job title?
As Senior Recruiter with Hebrew, you will support one of our biggest pharmaceutical client accounts, Teva Pharmaceuticals, in recruitment activities across their Israel-based sites. You will drive the recruiting strategy and achieve the team’s recruitment goals, support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensure all quality thresholds and KPIs are met, and ensure value is generated for AMS. The goal is to build an excellent relationship with the client in order to identify opportunities for direct hiring and provide guidance to ensure a best-practice approach to resourcing is adopted.
The role is hybrid position (3x in a week) from Kfar Saba manufacturing plant
Key Accountabilities:
What you’ll do:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring delivery against timelines and SLAs
- Advise stakeholders using market insights and recruitment expertise
- Define and execute attraction strategies with sourcing partners
- Monitor pipeline metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements
- Ensure a seamless candidate and client experience through collaboration with internal teams
- Provide guidance on talent availability and role requirements
- Maintain high data accuracy across the ATS system
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing & logistics positions of various seniorities
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written)
- Strong stakeholder management, client-facing experience with high emphasis on customer satisfaction mindset
- Experience with SuccessFactors and/or Eightfold, as well as experience in pharma-recruitment is a strong advantage
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- Focus on process improvement and delivery excellence
- Readiness to work in hybrid mode (Kfar Saba manufacturing plant)
