We are a fast-growing strategy and advertising agency in Tel Aviv. We manage large-scale performance budgets for major corporations and market leaders (no small private clients, no e-commerce).

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who lives and breathes data, optimization, and high-quality lead acquisition to grow with us long-term.

• Scale High-Budget Campaigns: Manage and optimize large-scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Google.
• Drive Quality Leads: Focus relentlessly on high-intent lead generation, optimizing for conversion quality and business results, not just cheap clicks.
• Own the Media Strategy: Build smart, long-term media plans aligned with our clients' corporate business goals.
• Analyze & Optimize: Perform daily optimization, deep data analysis, A/B testing, and constantly improve CPA and ROI.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our creative and strategy teams to build high-converting assets and funnels.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns with proven experience handling large budgets.
• Absolute mastery of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Proven track record in Lead Gen – knowing exactly how to target, nurture, and acquire high-quality prospects.
• Analytical mind & Extreme ownership – the ability to manage complex campaigns end-to-end independently.

• Experience in corporate lead generation, Real Estate, or Finance sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automations, and BI tools.

• Zero micromanagement – you own the budget, the data, and the strategy.
