A leading financial organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and develop its sourcing function across the group.

This is a strategic leadership role focused on building proactive talent pipelines, developing sourcing strategies, and partnering with senior business leaders to support hiring needs across multiple business units.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sourcing function and manage a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build talent communities and strategic talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and proactively identify high-quality candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across the organization.
• Drive internal mobility and employee development initiatives.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree.
• Proven experience leading sourcing strategy.
• Experience working directly with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
