Talent Sourcing Specialist

We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our fast-moving, high-impact team.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the top of the funnel: Identify, engage, and attract top talent across technical and business domains.
• Partner with hiring teams: Understand their goals, map the market, and build targeted sourcing strategies that actually deliver.
• Think creatively: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, databases, referrals, and any other magic you can conjure to uncover hidden gems.
• Build scalable sourcing processes: Track pipelines, analyze conversion metrics, and continuously improve efficiency and quality.
• Be a talent advisor: Share market insights, competitor benchmarks, and data-driven recommendations that shape hiring decisions.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech or startup environments.
• Hands-on mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and state-of-the-art sourcing tools
• A curious, analytical mindset and the ability to balance creativity with structure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills – you love partnering and driving things forward.
• A passion for building connections, learning constantly, and finding the right people, not just any people.
