Performance Analyst - JB-3428

We are seeking a data-driven Solar & Storage Performance Analyst to join a leading, publicly traded entrepreneurial company specializing in solar energy and electricity trading, where they will be responsible for maximizing facility outputs through rigorous monitoring and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work continuously with advanced monitoring and SCADA systems to oversee asset performance and generate periodic reports for department heads and executive management.
• Analyze real-time and historical generation data against production forecasts to identify production gaps and anomalies.
• Conduct deep-dive data investigations to isolate underperformance and detect negative trends over time.
• Track long-term technical KPIs against organizational targets and contractor performance guarantees.
• Initiate and manage performance-enhancement processes, providing technical and economic feasibility analyses for system upgrades.
• Review and audit periodic technical reports submitted by external O&M and EPC contractors.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Energy, Industrial & Management, Data Engineering) or a related quantitative field.
• Proven prior experience in data analysis and analytics – Mandatory.
• High proficiency in Excel and business intelligence (BI) tools.
• High-level English proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA systems or advanced monitoring platforms – Significant Advantage.
• Strong technical understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems – Significant Advantage.
• Experience working with predictive modeling and simulation software such as PVsyst – Advantage.
