Data Analyst - Casino -iGaming

A leading regulated online casino company is looking for a Data Analyst to join its growing team in Israel. This role will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support decision-making across marketing, CRM, VIP, product, operations, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the online gaming industry and a strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Analyze player behavior, retention, acquisition, and revenue performance.
  
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for management.
  
• Monitor campaign performance across CRM, VIP, and marketing channels.
  
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
  
• Work closely with CRM, Marketing, VIP, Product, and Operations teams.
  
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions.
  
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency.
  
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems.
  
• Analyze customer lifecycle metrics including deposits, activity, churn, and retention.
  
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
  
  

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst within the online gaming, casino, sportsbook, or iGaming industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
  
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
  
• Advanced Excel skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Experience working with large datasets.
  
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  
• Fluent English.
  
• Ability to work in an office-based environment in Israel.
  

• Experience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languages.
  
• Knowledge of CRM analytics and player segmentation.
  
• Experience with Google Analytics, BigQuery, or cloud-based data platforms.
  
• Understanding of responsible gaming and regulatory reporting requirements.
