Your Future Role
We’re looking for a Local (IL) Group Manager to oversee the Customer Success & Sales teams, to nurture existing and built new local B2B partnerships, and to own the company's most critical operational activity end-to-end. A hands-on leader who can build, manage, and scale - someone who brings startup DNA, has led teams before, and knows how to drive results in a complex, fast-moving environment.
Key Accountabilities and skills Include:
- Team Management:
- Lead, build and support several teams, including CS, Sales, operations and technical support.
- Build work methodologies, training programs, and feedback mechanisms that drive performance excellency.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all local customer-facing functions.
- B2B asset management:
- Own and expand the company's Israeli B2B/B2B2C activity.
- Drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and improve sales processes, customer journeys, and retention programs.
- Manage relationships with vendors and partners.
- Marketing & Partnerships:
- Lead and manage the local Israeli marketing, targeted campaigns, and PR.
- Accountabilty for stable revenue stream and market share growth.
- Strategy & Operations:
- Translate company goals into actionable operational plans.
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B/B2B2C sales and/or CS.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Experience owning revenue, retention, or customer growth KPIs.
- ‘Startup background’ - ability and passion to move fast, build from scratch, and deliver results with limited resources.
- Strong strategic thinking alongside proven operational execution.
