About the Role:
As our Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist, you will join our People & Organizational Operations team for a maternity leave replacement and support our continued growth.
This is a hands-on role combining full-cycle recruitment, employee experience, people operations, and office management. We're looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
You'll work closely with our Head of People & Organizational Operations, partnering on everything from attracting great talent and supporting employees throughout their journey, to improving processes and helping shape the employee experience at Bits of Gold.

What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition (Full Cycle):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles.
- Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support employees throughout their journey at Bits of Gold.
- Maintain HR systems, documentation, and people-related processes.
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Employee Experience & Culture:
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives.
- Organize company events, team activities, and recognition programs.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and employee experience projects.
Office Operations & Management:
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and feels welcoming, organized, and productive.
- Manage day-to-day logistics, operations, and vendor coordination as needed.
Strategic HR Projects:
- Partner with the Head of People on projects such as career path frameworks, upgrading HR processes, and implementing new tools.
- Conduct market intelligence and HR trend research to support strategic decisions.
- Bring your voice, perspective, and energy to initiatives shaping our organizational culture and employee experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR
- Proven end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles simultaneously.
- Hands-on sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company - an advantage.
- A proactive, resourceful, and highly organized approach to work.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew & English - both written and verbal
- A passion for creating a positive and supportive experience for candidates and employees alike.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities can evolve.
- Full-time availability for 6–12 months (maternity leave replacement)
